Establish Service- City of Zebulon, GA
If you are new to the City of Zebulon, our friendly staff are available to assist you Monday-Thursday from 7:30am to 5:00pm. Friday from 7:30am to 11:30am.
In order to establish water service, a new customer who is renting property in the City (residential or business) will need to come by Zebulon City Hall and complete the following:
- Contact the City of Zebulon and request a meter be installed (if needed)
- Complete the appropriate application for services. (provided online)
- If renting, provide a copy of the lease agreement.
- Pay a refundable deposit for services:
- Residential (owner of the property)- $250
- Residential (renter)- $350
- Commercial (owner of the property)- $250
- Commercial (Renter)- $350
- Bulk Water/Hydrant Meter- $500
These deposits will not be refunded if the customer moves without paying the final water bill, or if the trash can provided by the city is damaged or removed from the premises.
