If you are new to the City of Zebulon, Georgia, our friendly staff is available to assist you Monday – Thursday from 7:30 am – 5:30 pm. Friday 7:30 – 11-:30 am
In order to establish water service, a new customer who is renting property in the City (residential or business) will need to come by Zebulon City Hall and complete the following:
- Contact the City of Zebulon and if needed request a meter be installed.
- Complete the appropriate application for services.
- Pay a refundable deposit of $150.00 for water service and $67.00 for trash services. These deposits will not be refunded if the customer moves without paying the final water bill, or if the trash can provided by the city is damaged or removed from the premises.
All other new customers will need to complete the following:
- Complete the appropriate application for services.
- If a new customer is renting, provide the appropriate documentation for review (copy of lease).
- Pay a refundable deposit of $150.00 and $67.00 for trash services. These deposits will not be refunded if the customer moves without paying the final water bill, or if the trash can provided by the city is damaged or removed from the premises.
*Garbage service is required for all city residents.
