Request for Proposals
Landscape and Right of Way Maintenance Services for:
The City of Zebulon
Zebulon, Georgia
Notice is hereby given that the CITY OF ZEBULON will accept proposals from qualified firms interested in providing landscape and Right of Way maintenance services, all as more specifically set forth in the Scope and Technical Specifications for the Request for Proposals (“RFP”).
The proposed contract documents, project scope, and any technical specifications, will be available for public inspection and may be obtained beginning September 22, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. (EST) electronically at www.cityofzebulonga.us or by contacting Zebulon City Hall at 770-567-8748. Anyone desiring to submit a proposal should review the entire Request for Proposals document before submitting the proposal.
Firms desiring to provide services for this project may submit one (1) original and three (3) hard copies via U.S. mail, to be received no later than 11:00 a.m.. (EST), Friday, October 7, 2022. Submissions should be addressed to The City of Zebulon, P.O. Box 385, Zebulon, Georgia 30295, Attn. Dr. Larry Mitcham. Copies may also be submitted in person at Zebulon City Hall, 7818 Highway 19 South, Zebulon, Georgia 30295. Proposals shall be submitted in a package with the name of the proposer on the outside of the package and shall clearly identify the project. Proposals received after the time and date stipulated above will be returned un-opened to the proposer. Any proposal not completed as specified or missing the required proposal documents will be disqualified. Any proposer interested in submitting a bid will be required to inspect the areas to be maintained. Proposers can contact Zebulon City Hall at 770-567-8748 and set up a time for said inspection.
The City of Zebulon has the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any informalities or irregularities if it determines in its discretion it is in the best interest to do so.
